Located in Spain's O Rosal Valley near the River Mino, it is one of Rías Baixas' leading producers. Their Abadía de San Campio Albariño comes from vineyards high in the valley and as a result is brimming with energy and mountain freshness. Imagine whipping up a sorbet of citrus, tropical fruit and peaches and then eating it while running through the crisp morning dew in an apple orchard.
