It's a Crawfish Cake, rolled into a ball, then covered in a butter batter and then cover in Panko Bread Crumbs, fry for 3-4 mins. WOW! These are amazing and delicious! Approx. 24 kickers; feeds 12-14 people. Refrigerated shelf life: 4-5 days. Frozen shelf life: 1 year. Made in the USA.
