Dioscuri Silver-coin & 18kt Gold Necklace

Dubini - Benedetta Dubini's 18kt gold necklace features an antique silver Dioscuri coin from circa 300BC, which is bezel-set so both sides are visible: the obverse depicting brothers Castor and Pollux and the reverse showing a sea-eagle and dolphin. It's crafted in Rome with peridot and aquamarine cabochons and celebrates the Greek and Roman mythological twins, who were associated with saving those in trouble at sea and had their own temples in Athens and on Delos.
