What it is: An all-day lip liner that can be used to line and define lips, or used all over before your lipstick application for extended wear.Who it's for: All skin types.What it does: Its nondrying formula helps keep lipstick in place and prevents lipstick from feathering or bleeding. No sharpening required. How to use: Swivel the pencil up 1/8-inch (the pencil does not retract, to avoid exposing the unused portion inside the tube to the drying effects of air). Follow a dot-dash-dot method to ensure ease and accuracy of application: Draw two dots on the upper lip's bow, a dash across the bottom lower lip and then connect all three.
